Houston Methodist is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Acute Care (NP-AC) who will provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultation, in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Texas.

The NP-AC will collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team, educate patients on preventative care, and may order tests and prescribe medications in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Two years of RN/APRNP clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and consultation for patients.
• Work in inpatient and/or outpatient settings as part of a treatment team.
• educate patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments.
