Healthcare United is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role focused on General Surgery in the Berlin Area, Connecticut. The position combines operative support with inpatient surgical care at a community teaching hospital.

Role involves Surgical First Assisting, admissions, rounds, and a collaborative team with residents and surgeons; Epic EMR is used for documentation and scheduling. Competitive compensation and generous benefits accompany this opportunity.

Competenze

• Active CT license or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of surgical or related experience.
• Current CV required.
• ACNP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform Surgical First Assisting, admissions, discharges, rounds, bedside procedures and surgical consultations.
• Support across General, Thoracic, Vascular, Colorectal, Urologic, Breast, Endocrine, Plastic and Oncologic surgery with cross-curgical collaboration.
