Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking an Occupational Health LPN to deliver patient care under the physician's direction in a fast-paced setting. The LPN will prepare and assess patients for visits, observe responses, and report outcomes to the provider, contributing to high-quality care.

The role requires a valid LPN license, BLS, and preferably 1 year of Occupational Health experience, with competitive pay and benefits supporting professional growth.

Qualificações

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited LPN Program required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with physicians and other health care team members in meeting patient/family needs.
• Implements the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice.
• Appropriately labels and packages specimens, as trained.
• Assists in providing indirect care through various clerical or administrative duties as assigned by the registered nurse.
• Acts as a chaperone for health care providers during patient examination as requested.
• Assists provider with procedures, treatments, and interventions.
• Other duties as assigned.
