Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an onsite 13-week contract in Everett, WA. Must have WA licensure (LMSW/LCSW) and at least 1 year in acute care. The role features an 18–24 patient caseload, weekend shifts every other weekend, and 72 hours guaranteed per two weeks.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, discharge planning, care coordination, and documentation. Epic experience and strong CM skills with knowledge of community resources are preferred.

Qualifications

• WA license in hand (LICSW or LMSW) required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care clinical social work.
• Onsite 13-week contract with 72 hours per two weeks.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.
