Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN Case Manager in Everett, WA for a 13-week assignment. Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with weekends on an every-other-weekend rotation. Requires WA RN license and BLS, plus acute care, discharge planning, and diverse case management experience across Med/Surg and ED.

Expect care coordination across multiple hospital units and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Candidate must be willing to float across units and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Acute Care Experience required
• Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience required
• Diverse Case Management experience including Med/Surg and Emergency Department preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care throughout hospital stay
• Plan and facilitate safe discharge and care transitions
• Float between units and support multiple departments as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend basis
• Traveling staff may be required and flexibility is essential
