Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an onsite 13-week contract in Everett, WA. Must have WA licensure (LMSW/LCSW) and at least 1 year in acute care. The role features an 18–24 patient caseload, weekend shifts every other weekend, and 72 hours guaranteed per two weeks.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, discharge planning, care coordination, and documentation. Epic experience and strong CM skills with knowledge of community resources are preferred.

Qualifications

Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes will work in all areas of the hospital including Colby and Pacific Campus' (less than 2 miles from each other

RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 week period
