Qualifications

• Five or more years of healthcare business development/marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of local market and referral base.
• Ability to create and develop referral sources.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and substance use disorder treatments.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs aligned with facility strategy to increase revenue and census.
• Identifies priority issues and collaborates with department and executive leaders.
• Leads and coaches a department team to meet goals and ensure efficient operation.
• Maintains scheduling, contingency planning, and accountability for staff.
• Cultivates relationships with physicians, clinicians, and referral sources for ongoing referrals.
• Represents the facility at community and professional events to enhance referrals and reputation.
• Analyzes market demographics and reports trends to leadership.
• Manages records of referral sources and tracks opportunities for growth.
