Responsibilities

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses and staff; build relationships and provide excellent service.
• Educate Healthcare Professionals on proper use, maintenance, and updates of products.
• Fix issues via consultative problem-solving and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in post-sale implementation and training to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Drive compliance with equipment usage agreements with customers.
• Meet annual budgeted objectives within the assigned geography.
