Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Acute Care to promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses and staff, support demonstrations, manage relationships and help drive customer satisfaction.

This field-based role offers training, industry events, and a path to advance into a more senior sales position; travel about 60% is required, and a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience is needed.

Responsabilités

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff and provide excellent customer service and develop the customer relationship.
• Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction.
• Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within your assigned geography.
