Zusammenfassung

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the nursing team in an acute hospital setting. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, help with mobility, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requires Illinois CNA certification, CPR and BLS, and a preference for high school diploma. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for ongoing education and growth.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certificate registered with the State of Illinois or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification or obtainment within 6 months of hiring with subsequent recertification preferred.
• Current Basic Life support (BLS) certification.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately measure and record vitals such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Maintain infection control practices including hand hygiene and PPE usage; follow safety protocols.
• Document patient care activities in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect specimens (urine, stool) as directed by nursing staff.
