Kindred Hospital East New Jersey seeks a dedicated Nursing Assistant to support patient care in a long-term acute care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, comfort patients, and work under RN supervision to ensure quality care.

You will perform routine tasks, take vital signs, help with mobility, and maintain a clean, safe environment while communicating clearly with team members to coordinate patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Minimum six months’ experience in acute or long-term care facility.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
• BLS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist professional nursing personnel in patient care.
• Help patients with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Prepare rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, discharges.
• Answer call lights and paging system and respond appropriately.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
