Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, and coordination to CNA staff.
• Responsible for orienting, training, and mentoring staff and students.
• Assists in organizing and prioritizing all shift activities ensuring patient care and staff needs are met.
• Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.
• Assists leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, championing education and skill set evaluations.
• Provides feedback and recommendations regarding staff performance.
