Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program.
• State registered CNA license in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care including comfort, hygiene, skin care, safety, transport, nutrition and elimination.
• Promptly answer call lights and report status changes to the RN.
• Document vital signs, input/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights and care provided, reporting findings to the RN.
• Maintain confidential, accurate patient charts and records.
• Assist with delegated patient care tasks supervised by a nurse.
• Provide person-centered care with empathy and collaboration within the team.
• Communicate hazards or errors related to patient care to the health care team.
