Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our CNA Acute Care Lead, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under RN direction, and offer crucial shift leadership and support to the CNA staff, always in accordance with policies and procedures.

Every day you will execute nursing care tasks, guide and mentor other CNAs, and ensure patient needs are met with high standards of care, demonstrating personal accountability for our organizational mission and core values.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong CNA clinical skills, proven leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a deep commitment to patient care and supporting your team in an acute care setting.

Pay Range

$19.53 - $30.27 /hour
