Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist I to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outcomes.

This role requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, Washington Pharmacist License on hire, and BLS. Preferred candidates have acute care hospital experience and/or ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. We offer a supportive culture focused on compassionate care.

Formación

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required at hire.
• Washington Pharmacist License must be obtained on hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License required when eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required on hire when applicable.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred.
• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred (1 year).
