Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred.
• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred (1 year or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy outcomes.
• Deliver integrated pharmacy services and support cost-effective care within the hospital setting.
