Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• ACNP or AG-ACNP certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in acute/critical care with anesthesia experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with anesthesiologists and surgeons.
• Administer anesthesia and provide perioperative and acute care in procedures and surgeries.
• Monitor critically ill patients and manage ICU-level care when needed.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care, pain management, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and participate in team meetings.
