Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in Alabama required; national certification within 2 years.
• ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC as determined by specialty area.
• BSN preferred; leadership experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Facilities and shift oversight for patient flow and safety.
• Coordinate staffing in collaboration with department leadership.
• Serve as Incident Commander for emergencies until admin arrives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and risk management.
