Job summary

Gifthealth Inc is seeking a Supply Chain ERP Specialist to own the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and ongoing optimization of the Acumatica ERP platform. You will serve as the internal expert for Acumatica across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, ensuring the system runs clean, accurate, and aligned with how the business moves.

You will support users, troubleshoot issues, build reporting and dashboards, and lead continued rollout of workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or 7+ years in supply chain/logistics with hands-on ERP exposure.
2–4 years ERP experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement; Acumatica preferred.
Strong ability to build Generic Inquiries, pivot tables, dashboards, and report templates.

Responsibilities

Administer Acumatica day-to-day operations for supply chain functions (purchasing, inventory, receiving, fulfillment).
Process and manage POs, receipts, and vendor transactions with accurate GL posting and locations.
Maintain item masters, BOMs, vendor profiles, and cost rollups in Acumatica.
Develop and maintain SOPs, data governance, and system configurations.
Build dashboards and reports to surface KPIs like inventory health and PO accuracy.
Train and support users; collaborate with IT and Finance on updates and integrations.
