Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift in Colorado. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, delegating tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaboratively develop individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team input.
• Direct care team via delegation and coordination per plan of care.
• Evaluate patient response and revise plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
