Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience designing, integrating, and architecting military and/or commercial flight control systems, including actuation systems.
  • Extensive experience with hardware, software, and firmware integration.
  • Strong background in systems architecture and strategic technology planning.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle aerospace system development from requirements through verification and validation.
  • Knowledge of system safety analysis, FMEA, and safety-critical system design.
  • Experience developing execution plans, budgets, engineering processes, and technical roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with ARP4754, DO-178B/C, DO-254 standards.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and lead technical organizations.

Responsibilities
