Job summary

Marsh LLC is seeking an Actuary to join the Risk Consulting & Analytics Solutions team. You will lead analytics projects, develop models and deliver practical recommendations for a diverse client base in the insurance space.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global Marsh teams, strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of analytics or actuarial experience, proficiency in Excel, and coding skills (Python or R).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics or actuarial experience in risk/insurance or advisory consulting.
• Strong presentation skills and deliverables quality.
• Experience with modelling approaches in risk management or commercial insurance.
• Experience with stochastic modelling and catastrophe modelling concepts.
• Understanding of Solvency II or capital modelling frameworks.
• Experience in Lloyd's or the London Market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support analytics project delivery with focus on client outcomes and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marsh teams to deploy analytics across Marsh Specialty UK&I and global counterparts.
• Present results with clear methodology explanations and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Support sales and client service with strong results presentation and practical guidance.
