Job summary

Steadily is hiring an Actuary to join a fast-growing, Series C company. You will lead pricing, modeling, and profitability initiatives for DP products across the US, with opportunities to expand into new geographies. Remote work is available and a relocation package is offered for out-of-state candidates.

You should have 4+ years in insurance, preferably personal lines, and be nearing actuarial accreditation with CAS (5+ exams). A builder mindset and strong digital skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance experience, preferably in property lines (HO/DP).
• Pursuing CAS designation with at least 5 exams completed.
• Builder mindset with ability to take projects from inception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability of DP products nationwide.
• Develop pricing, rating, exposure management, and capital modeling.
• Expand products into new geographies and manage rate filings across states.
