PEMCO is seeking an Actuary to join our Product Development team. You will influence profitability, optimize insurance products, and leverage data-driven insights across pricing, reserving, and modeling.

Ideal candidates have ACAS, 5+ years in P&C actuarial work, and strong programming with Python/R/SAS/SQL. A remote-capable, nationally distributed role with Seattle HQ travel is offered.

Qualifikationen

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in mathematics is required.
• 5 years of property casualty actuarial experience with rate-making focus.
• Strong technical aptitude and programming experience.
• ACAS certification required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Conduct internal loss reserving and analyze trends for forecasting.
• Perform pricing analyses and refine rate level and variables.
• Develop actuarial models using predictive methods under guidance.
