This hybrid role is based in New York City (Hudson Yards) or Bethlehem, PA, with 3 days in office and 2 days work‑from‑home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Group Benefits pricing or related insurance disciplines.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial pricing capabilities across Guardian’s Group Benefits portfolio.
• Manage pricing analyses, experience monitoring, and profitability driver identification.
• Partner with senior leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to modernize pricing tools and processes.
• Translate complex actuarial, financial, and technical analyses into clear recommendations for leadership.
