Qualifications

• Significant experience in Group Benefits pricing or related insurance disciplines.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities to synthesize complex information and derive insights.
• Experience applying predictive analytics or pricing modernization solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical actuarial pricing leader and transformation partner, aligning pricing with enterprise priorities.
• Manage pricing analyses, including experience monitoring and actual-to-expected reviews.
• Partner with senior leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to modernize pricing tools and processes with AI-enabled decision support.
• Translate complex actuarial, financial, and technical analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of actuarial professionals and students, setting priorities and managing performance.
