The ideal candidate will bring a strong actuarial background, FSA designation, and proven leadership in product development with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a focus on product development.
• FSA designation.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of economic, regulatory, and market factors impacting products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and pricing of innovative annuity products that are competitive and attractive in the marketplace.
• Serve as the lead actuary during the research, development, and viability phases.
• Develop educational materials and tools for financial professionals and clients.
• Ensure alignment with divisional and enterprise product, capital, and risk management strategies.
• Collect and analyze feedback on existing annuity products and market trends.
• Identify key risks and hedging considerations inherent in annuity designs.
