Qualifications

• College degree in STEM related field.
• Associate Actuarial Credential.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office) and programming skills (eg. SQL, SAS).
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and industry.
• Demonstrated ability in actuarial and quantitative analysis and statistical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: lead execution of strategic initiatives and projects; develop solutions to challenges; propose improvements to timelines and performance.
• Operational: perform actuarial and analytic analyses; support unit initiatives; drive process efficiencies.
• Communication: present analysis results to peers and business partners; translate technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
• Talent: mentor staff; support training and development; participate in recruiting efforts.
