Job summary

ERGO NEXT Insurance in the United States is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to expand pricing capabilities for our small business product suite. You will build rate indication tools, help file state materials, and create dashboards to monitor performance.

You will analyze data, deliver recommendations, collaborate with product management and filings teams, and pursue ACAS/FCAS while contributing to profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of actuarial experience or internship, or completion of minimum two CAS examinations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
• Experience with AI tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rate indication tool for pricing and actuarial reporting
• Assist in creation of state filing materials
• Create and refine dashboards to monitor, analyze, and report on historical performance
• Conduct analyses, generate insights, and translate to strategic or tactical recommendations
• Collaborate with insurance product management and filings teams to take pricing action
• Be part of the actuarial community and promote best practices
• Pursue ACAS and FCAS accreditation as part of professional development
