ERGO NEXT in Waltham, MA is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to expand pricing capabilities. In this high visibility role, you will make data-driven recommendations to guide the pricing of our insurance products and drive profitable growth.

Requirements include a BA/BS in actuarial science or quantitative discipline, 1+ years actuarial experience or two CAS exams, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. AI tools experience is a plus; ACAS/FCAS path is encouraged.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in actuarial science, statistics, or a quantitative discipline required.
• 1+ years actuarial experience or completion of at least two CAS exams (excluding UEC).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SQL; experience with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rate indications tools for pricing and reporting.
• Assist in creating state filing materials.
• Create dashboards to monitor historical performance and scenarios.
• Generate insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with actuarial and product teams to drive pricing actions.
