ERGO NEXT Insurance in Waltham (hybrid) is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to enhance pricing capabilities and drive profitable growth. You will build pricing tools, prepare filing materials, and develop dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in actuarial science, statistics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 1+ years of actuarial experience or completion of two CAS exams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SQL.
• Experience with AI tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Collaborative with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rate indication tool for pricing and actuarial reporting.
• Assist in creation of state filing materials.
• Create and refine dashboards to monitor historical performance.
• Conduct analyses, generate insights, and translate to recommendations.
• Collaborate with product management and filings teams to drive pricing action and growth.
• Promote actuarial best practices within the team.
• Pursue ACAS/FCAS accreditation.
