Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant P&C actuarial pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio profitability and pricing analysis across assigned Programs.
• Monitor rate, pricing adequacy, underwriting mix and segmentation to understand portfolio performance.
• Advise the business on opportunities to grow, maintain, reprice or exit areas of the portfolio.
• Evaluate new specialty Programs and external partnerships from actuarial and commercial perspectives.
• Develop and improve pricing methodologies, segmentation and actuarial approaches.
• Build pricing and portfolio monitoring tools using Python, SQL and VBA.
• Conduct actuarial studies to improve pricing parameters and methodologies.
• Partner with Underwriting, Program Managers and analytics teams.
• Present complex actuarial analyses to senior stakeholders as actionable recommendations.
