Job summary

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, seeks a Manager, Actuarial for the BOP Product Development unit within the Commercial Actuarial team. You will drive day-to-day execution and lead a small team of 2–4 analysts, guiding product pricing and feature development across offices.

The role requires ACAS/FCAS, 5+ years of P&C experience, and strong communication with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or STEM.
• ACAS or FCAS, FCAS a plus.
• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products; BOP/product experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development of new and existing Businessowners Policy products.
• Lead rate adequacy reviews and renewal impact analyses to support profitable growth of SageSure Commercial Lines.
• Manage end-to-end product filings, including responses to rate-related objections from Insurance Departments.
• Assist with research projects, including analysis of predictive model results and third-party data value.
• Conduct competitive intelligence analyses.
• Communicate analyses and project results to staff, peers, and business partners.
