Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; rising senior with a major in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science or economics.
• Completion of or plans to complete 1 ASA exam by graduation.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support departmental initiatives to improve outcomes and member and client experience.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and compliance policies.
