Zusammenfassung

WTW in the United States is seeking an actuarial intern to support the Retirement Delivery Group (ADG). You will contribute to valuation work, data analysis, and government filings while gaining exposure to pension benefit calculations and reports.

The program runs June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027 (10 weeks). The role offers a remote or hybrid working arrangement and does not include visa sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong quantitative coursework and GPA 3.0+
• Actuarial exams preferred
• Strong technical and/or client service experience
• Problem solving and solution sharing mindset
• Self-starter yet collaborative in a team setting
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Aufgaben

• Participating and actively engaging in training sessions
• Performing actuarial valuations and preparing valuation reports
• Performing data analysis and reconciliations of pension plan participant data
• Performing pension benefit calculations using established spreadsheets or our proprietary plan administration system
• Preparing government reporting forms and annual employee benefit statements
• Supporting special projects as ad-hoc needs arise
• Working with other colleagues to ensure that each project is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Responding to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently
