You will own modeling initiatives, guide junior data scientists, manage regulatory filings, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization in a hybrid environment that supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of data science/predictive analytics experience in insurance or eight (8+) or more years predictive modeling experience in another industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage filing schedules for aligned products.
• Mentor junior data scientists and team members.
