Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models and predictive analytics.
• Experience with insurance pricing or predictive analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage filing schedules.
• Present analytics results to customers and management.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives for regulators as needed.
• Schedule and prioritize workload; maintain organization and peer reviews.
