Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics experience in insurance or 8+ years in other industries.
• Independent model building and statistical analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage filing schedules.
• Prepare predictive analytics analyses and modeling with guidance on complex projects.
• Present results to customers and management as requested.
• Contribute to broader predictive analytics initiatives for enterprise strategy.
• Identify data issues and ensure data preparation quality.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
