Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting actuarial, finance, or complex financial systems with technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of annuity products, reinsurance, and related data processes.
• Experience in Agile environments with JIRA/Confluence and modern BA practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with actuarial, finance, reinsurance, and tech stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL to validate rules and support reporting, modeling, and decisions.
• Drive data platform modernization and AWS-based data solutions with engineering teams.
• Support Agile delivery by writing user stories, criteria, documentation, testing, and production support.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts and raise documentation quality across the team.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and documentation while promoting innovation.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and accessibility and influence cross-functional delivery.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong stakeholder management.
