Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Certifications such as IIBA CBAP are beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical specifications, process maps, and documentation.

• Monitor project metrics and KPIs to assess success and efficiency.
