Responsibilities

• Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Design and implement end-to-end system integrations across platforms
• Lead data integration projects (e.g., Marketo-LinkedIn) and oversee data flow mappings
• Develop and validate data pipelines and perform data profiling
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management for new systems
• Apply project management practices to track deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
