Health Care Service Corp. seeks an experienced actuary to implement and analyze actuarial models for pricing, underwriting, and forecasting. This is a hybrid position, with in-office work required three times a week.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ASA exam completion, and at least two years of actuarial experience. Comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or similar is required.
• Completion of 3 ASA exam equivalents.
• At least 2 years of actuarial experience.
• Verbal and written communication for effective presentations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain actuarial models and systems.
• Conduct detailed analysis of pricing and reserving models.
• Run and develop complex models for actuarial functions.
• Present findings and analyses in a simple manner.
