Guardian Life is seeking an Actuarial Associate for its Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP). The role involves rotating departments every 18–24 months to build breadth in pricing, analytics, and product support across multiple locations.

You will perform financial and non-financial analyses, communicate pricing outcomes, and develop leadership capabilities in a collaborative, data-driven environment. Hybrid work with in-office and WFH days is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a mathematics-based field is required.
• Regularly taking actuarial exams toward the Fellow designation.
• At least two years of actuarial work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and actuarial modeling/data visualization software.
• Ability to communicate pricing analyses to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and technical synthesis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Use internal/external data to understand industry trends and regulatory environment.
• Complete assignments independently with guidance as needed.
• Execute rate development and state filings supporting Group Finance strategy.
• Provide actuarial support for pricing models across product, underwriting, finance, and distribution.
• Recommend advanced techniques to modernize pricing and improve accuracy.
