Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. You will build pricing assumptions, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with actuarial, underwriting and finance to inform pricing and renewal decisions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in actuarial science or related field, 0–1 years of experience, and are pursuing ASA with 1–2 exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.

Responsibilities

• Develop underlying pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results and trends.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
