Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking an Actuarial Assistant for its Actuarial Development Program, rotating through valuation, product development, asset-liability management and experience analysis to build broad actuarial knowledge.

You will start as a student, pursue SOA exams, and work in a collaborative team with hybrid offices in Houston, Jersey City or Woodland Hills; a discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial or quantitative field is required.
• Completion of one or more SOA exams is preferred.
• Prior internship experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Programming experience in SAS, Python, SQL, or C++ is a plus.
