Job summary

AIG’s Actuarial Development Program offers early career Actuarial talent a structured path to learn, rotate through critical areas, and build professional credentials while developing essential analytical skills.

You will analyze data, price insurance, and support loss reserving, collaborating with Finance, Claims, Operations, Risk Management, and other teams as you progress toward actuarial credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
• Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and apply actuarial techniques to help quantify risk, price insurance products, and support loss reserving.
• Assist with actuarial analyses, models, forecasts, and reports that support business and financial decisions.
• Partner with experienced actuaries and teams across Finance, Claims, Operations, Risk Management, and other business areas.
• Monitor trends and evaluate financial and insurance data to identify insights and support recommendations.
• Communicate actuarial findings and analyses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop technical and business expertise while progressing through AIG’s Actuarial Development Program and actuarial examinations.
