AIG is seeking an Analyst in the Actuarial Development Program to join the Actuarial team. You will analyze data, apply actuarial techniques, and partner across Finance, Claims, Operations, and Risk Management to quantify risk and support pricing and reserving decisions.

The program emphasizes professional development, actuarial examinations, and rotations across specialties, with on-site work four days per week in selected offices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Program starts July 26, 2027; analyst positions are in-person, requiring four days per week in the office.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and apply actuarial techniques to quantify risk, price insurance, and support loss reserving.
• Assist with actuarial analyses, models, forecasts and reports supporting business and financial decisions.
• Partner with experienced actuaries and teams across Finance, Claims, Operations, Risk Management, and other areas.
• Monitor trends and evaluate financial and insurance data to identify insights and support recommendations.
• Communicate actuarial findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop technical and business expertise while progressing through AIG’s Actuarial Development Program and actuarial exams.
