We provide a continuum of care through inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Job Summary

Plans, organizes, and executes all activity therapy programming, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge planning, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients to interpret the reason for admission, strengths, and weaknesses in cognitive abilities, social skills, leisure skills, motor development, and physical/mental condition within 72 hours of admission.
2. Demonstrate competency in writing therapeutic interventions directly related to the patient's reason for admission.
3. Ensure therapies are age-appropriate, aligned with the patient’s growth, development, and functioning, and support overall treatment goals.
