Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility specializing in behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. Shift Availability

Weekday PRN shifts available between 9am and 8pm.

Job Summary

Plans, organizes, and completes all activity therapy programming, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge planning, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients to interpret the reason for admission, strengths, and weaknesses in cognitive abilities, socialization skills, leisure skills, motor development, and physical/mental condition within 72 hours of admission.
2. Demonstrate competency in writing therapeutic interventions directly related to the patient’s reason for admission.
3. Ensure therapies are age-appropriate, aligned with the patient’s level of growth, development, and functioning, and consistent with overall treatment goals.
