Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks an Activity Therapist for our Granite Hills Hospital in Wisconsin. The PRN role supports patient-centered behavioral health care for adolescents, adults, and older adults, delivering therapy aligned with individualized treatment plans.

You will use diverse therapeutic procedures and devices to maximize patients’ functional potentials and participate in a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
• Certification in Occupational Therapy or Recreation Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• The Activity Therapist evaluates and administers therapy to patients per the treatment plan.
• Programs are developed using various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional goals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

2+ years direct clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health

Certification in Occupational Therapy or Recreation Therapy
